Important Update: Seller Disclosure Obligations
From 1 August 2025, sellers must comply with new seller disclosure laws before signing a contract of sale. This means sellers are now required to provide a Form 2 Seller Disclosure along with prescribed certificates covering matters such as title, rates, zoning and more.
