Peter has practised law in Queensland since 1987 and on the Sunshine Coast since 1992.

               

For nearly 25 of those years, Peter has practised almost exclusively in the specialised area of Elder Law.

 

In that time, Peter has helped multitudes of Sunny Coast locals plan for and manage the many changes and challenges encountered by older adults and their families.

 

Whether it’s about making methodical plans well ahead of time or navigating stressful things such as QCAT proceedings and Public Guardian investigations, Peter is intent on helping clients make informed and confident decisions by taking the time to truly understand each client’s unique situation and clearly explain the legal possibilities and implications.

 

And his many years of experience help him quickly analyse and bring a calm and thoughtful approach to the often complex and emotionally charged circumstances that clients find themselves in.
