Theresa's Story
Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Theresa immigrated to the Sunshine Coast in 2009, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the legal industry. She began her career in Auckland, working in the legal sector for 12 years following time spent living and working abroad in Japan and London.
Since settling on the Sunshine Coast, Theresa has continued to expand her expertise within the legal profession, developing a strong understanding of both the client-facing and operational sides of legal practice.
Theresa joined MMLaw in 2020 as the firm’s Accounts Manager, and her outstanding performance, initiative, and leadership quickly led to her appointment as Practice Manager. In this role, she plays a key part in keeping the firm running smoothly - supporting the legal team, streamlining operations, and ensuring both staff and clients have the resources and support they need.
Theresa is valued for her calm, can-do attitude and her commitment to fostering a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys cheering on her children in their sporting activities and spending quality time with friends and family, making the most of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
