Mitch holds a Master of Laws (Qld) and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia.

He has extensive expertise in Employment and Discrimination Law including sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful dismissal litigation as well as advising on and negotiating employment contracts.
