After many years of practising law on the Sunshine Coast, Christine is a confirmed local. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from Otago University, Dunedin in New Zealand, she practised there for three years before making Queensland her home. Christine was admitted in Queensland in August 1989 and began practising law on the Sunshine Coast – completing an undergraduate paper on Franchising at the University of Southern Queensland in 1997 and her Master of Laws from QUT in 1999.
Christine practises in the area of Franchising, acting for Franchisors and Franchisees in all aspects including drafting Disclosure Documents, Franchise Agreements, Franchise Disputes and Code Compliance. Christine also practices in the area of Estate Administration with over 20 years in that field, as well as advising on Estate Disputes.
