MITCHELL DEVINE
Mitchell holds a Master of Laws (Qld) and is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. He is accredited by the Queensland Law Society as a Specialist in Personal Injuries Litigation.
As an Accredited Specialist, Mitchell practices in the area of Personal Injuries litigation including claims arising out of work related and motor vehicle accidents as well as public liability and criminal compensation.
He has expertise in Employment and Discrimination Law including sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful dismissal litigation as well as advising on and negotiating employment contracts.
