Carmel Davies
Carmel Davies holds a Master of Laws (Advanced) degree from University of Queensland and has been a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland for over 35 years. She is also a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia and is an accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries Litigation.
For many years Carmel has enjoyed working in the area of Personal Injuries Litigation and handles a diversity of claims spanning workplace, motor vehicle accident, public liability and criminal compensation claims.
Carmel has also worked extensively in commercial areas of law as well as in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
